Who We Are
We at Incandescent are passionate about the time it takes to craft a fine product be it a masterpiece of a film or anything else marked with fine craftsmanship.
Like the Incandescent light bulb being innovative for its time, we strive for innovation and step outside the box with our approach to a project. We keep it simple and ask, “How has this not been done before? How can we make this different from all the other filmmakers out there?” “What’s another creative solution?”

We, Joshua Dusserre and Pette Radman, are storytellers. Having met in film school in 2012, we realized we had a similar passion and drive and formed our company not long after. From there, we have produced short films, music videos, and documentaries.

The Team
Joshua Dusserre
Executive Producer, Director, Writer
With on-set experience as a Production Assistant and Assistant Director. Joshua developed a passion for film. While attending the Salt Lake Community College film program, he honed his skills for film, learning all aspects of film production.

Outside of work, he has a passion for film and motorcyles.
Pette Radman
Executive Producer, Director, Cinematographer
Hailing from Rock Springs Wyoming, land of sagebrush and horizontal snow, Pette attended film school at Salt Lake Community College. While in school he found a passion for screenwriting and cinematography.
Outside of work, he enjoys the occasional craft cocktail, photography, and poetry.
